How to Schedule an Evaluation with us:
Click the link below view our booking page, which displays available times for the next 30 days. Select a slot, fill in the required details (name, email, etc.), and confirm.

1. Select the location (Denver, Dillon, Edwards, Basalt, Glenwood Springs, Grand Junction, and Montrose) and service (Medical Marijuana or Mushroom program)
2. Fill out paperwork  here
3. A Valid Colorado ID 
4. Payment is required at time of service
